1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or required deposit, submission of valid identification documents, and written confirmation from High Valus.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required. High Valus reserves the right to deduct amounts for damages, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, smoking violations, or missing items. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection.

3. Premium Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled 21+ days before check-in.
• 70% refund if cancelled 14–21 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before check-in.
• No refund within 7 days of check-in.
• No refund for early departure or no-shows.

4. Tourism Dirham & Government Fees

Tourism Dirham fees are mandatory under Dubai regulations and charged per bedroom per night. Any new government-imposed taxes or regulatory fees shall be payable by the guest.

5. Guest Conduct

Parties, illegal activities, smoking indoors, or exceeding occupancy limits are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

High Valus shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, service interruptions, or events beyond its control. Liability is limited to the total booking amount paid.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law and subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
